Perfect Harmony’s Professional Reflexology and Massage Practitioners provide specialist on-site services and/or Workshops that enhance workplace health and wellbeing programs – and we provide a memorable feature at conferences and conventions.

Our programs are tailored to reward staff teams and enhance performance and motivation. Services are tailored to suit the needs of small businesses, large corporations, government departments aged care facilities and schools.

Perfect Harmony practitioners understand the realities of business. We are careful to provide minimal disruption to work flows, while delivering maximum benefits to clients.

While private clients usually choose to have a 1 hour treatment, corporate clients frequently decide upon 20 minute relaxation sessions. For our corporate clients, our aim is to provide stress relief and clarify their minds, before they return to travel or work rejuvenated and ready to perform to their maximum potential.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a natural, effective and safe form of healing.

Reflexes are located on the hands and feet that correspond to all the glands, organs and other body parts. It is a unique method of using finger and thumb techniques on these reflex points to stimulate the body’s natural ability to heal.

Massage

Corporate massage is a fully clothed, non-oil based treatment provided whilst seated in a chair or on a padded portable massage table. Therapist will work down the shoulders, neck arms and hands with slow gentle strokes or a more firm pressure according individual needs.

While private clients usually choose to have a 1 hour treatment, corporate clients frequently decide upon 20 minute relaxation sessions. For our corporate clients, our aim is to provide stress relief and clarify their minds, so as they return to work rejuvenated and ready to perform to their maximum potential.

Iridology

Iridology is the examination of the iris - the coloured part of the eye. Every organ of the body corresponds with a section of the iris. Through various markings, signs and discolourations in the iris, inherited weaknesses and strengths become apparent.

Although Iridology cannot diagnose a disease it can point out specific areas of the body that are overactive or underactive. Iridology is a safe, non-invasive and painless tool that naturopaths use to detect underlying signs of developing disease at the earliest stage so individuals can be advised of preventative strategies.

A corporate session is usually 15 or 20 min in duration

Cellular age assessments

Cellular Age Assessment measures key indicators to determine your health status. This is performed with an assessment tool called a Bio–Impedance Analyser (BIA), it measures and calculates a range of body parameters.

It will give you a health analysis of the following:

• The age of your body? (Biological age)
• Am I drinking enough water?
• Are my cells absorbing nutrients or not?
• Do I have too much fat or not enough fat?
• Do I have too much muscle or not enough muscle?
• Do I have inflammation or toxicity in my body?

What’s involved in the Health Analysis :

The Cellular Health Analysis involves a simple and painless procedure where the weight, height, waist measurement, wrist measurement and a BIA machine are used. Details are entered into the software program and then calculated, giving you an individualized result.

How long will it take?

Consult takes 30 minutes – this involves 10minutes of testing, an explanation of results and recommendations.

Zinc Testing

What is Zinc?

Zinc is the most important trace mineral. It is vital to the growth and repair of all tissues in the body. It assists with the activity of a variety of hormones and it plays a key role in the immune system.

Why do we need Zinc?

Zinc is very important in our diet and for our general health. We currently do not meet the suggested recommendation of zinc to maintain good health.

A recent study showed that 66% of males and 83% of females over the age of 20 do not consume the Recommended Daily Intake (RDI) for zinc. (1)

This zinc deficiency has a great deal to do with our modern lifestyle and also the lack of eating nutrient dense foods.

Common signs and symptoms

• Poor wound healing
• Impaired sexual functioning
• Low Immune system
• Reduced sense of taste and smell

How do we check your zinc status?

The Zinc Taste Test is very simple. It involves tasting a clear solution called the Zinc Tally Test . The participant is required to taste the solution, by holding it in their mouth for 10 seconds.

After that time they give a response on what the taste was like. From the response the health practitioner can determine the zinc status of the participant and the results are discussed.

Shiatsu

Shiatsu is a method of bodywork based on traditional oriental philosophy and medicine.
This method stimulates specific points located all over the body to foster health, healing and relieve tension and pain.

Appropriate stimulation is provided through pressure, stretching and other means. It enables an increase in energy levels, relieves stress-related anxiety and tension, eases aches and pains, boosts the immune system, improves posture and harmonises body, mind and spirit.
