Before experiencing the amazing benefits of Reflexology for herself, Lyn Fava spent 20 years in the nursing profession. Lyn’s patients loved her gentle and caring nature.

But Lyn often questioned in her mind why illness occurs, and why some people heal, while others don’t. When, quite by “accident”, she stumbled upon reflexology and leant that the feet reflect the physical and emotional state of the body, she was determined to learn more. Here was a non-invasive therapy that she soon discovered was really making a difference in people’s lives. What she learnt during extensive study convinced her that reflexology therapies open up opportunities to help people heal by taking a truly holistic approach. She was excited to find that reflexology could be applied as an extension of traditional nursing care.

Lyn has relentlessly pursued knowledge of reflexology methods, and not only has gained a formidable array of post graduate qualifications and knowledge of a variety of modalities, but is recognised by her peers as a high quality trainer. Since 2000 she has taught Reflexology at Victoria University, and at the Australian School of Reflexology and Relaxation.

Lyn has provided Reflexology care to clients in her own clinic, in other practices, in nursing homes and schools, and to leaders and staff in a broad range of corporations. While ensuring that Perfect Harmony meets clients’ special needs for natural therapies, she maintains an over-riding determination to help empower people to live their dreams.

These days, Lyn Fava is principal of Perfect Harmony, her own fast-growing natural Therapy practice. She has gathered around her a team of highly qualified and committed professionals who provide a wide array of complimentary therapies in convenient locations around Melbourne.

Giuliana Postregna

• Advanced Diploma in Herbal Medicine and Nutrition

Giuliana has been working in the Health Industry for the past five years and has been in private practice for the last 3 years. She is passionate about complementary medicine and has a genuine interest in addressing all aspects of health. Her consultations are very thorough, which ensures that she is able to assess both her patients’ physical and emotional wellbeing and prescribe the appropriate remedies. Treatment may include herbal medicine, nutritional supplementation and dietary and lifestyle recommendations.

Giuliana’s experience in the industry includes the Clinical Support Assistant at the Royal Brumpton Hospital in London. She recently coordinated and presented at an educational seminar on Men’s Health, and regularly writes articles that have been published in health related literature. Giuliana has also managed a prominent healthfood store and has experience in a Complementary Medicine Clinic, in Melbourne, Australia.

Sandra Lempick

Sandra has worked in Natural Therapies clinics for the past 14 years. During this time she attended numerous workshops in a variety of healing techniques. Sandra formalized her training in reflexology, a modality in which she can incorporate all of her knowledge and skills.

She continues her education and has studied post graduate course in orthopractic therapy. Sandra has worked extensively with the general public and has a passion for working with palliative care, pre and post natal, and elderly clients Sandra cares for her clients to a degree not often found in the business of today’s lifestyle.

Lee Anderson

Lee’s interest in reflexology began in Perth, whilst practicing as a nail technician. She was introduced to the wonderful healing benefits of reflexology by one of her lecturers. Moving to Melbourne, Lee perused reflexology and completed her practitioner course at the ASRR.

Lee had worked as a much sort after Nanny, whilst pursuing her passion of reflexology. Her caring, compassionate and friendly nature combines with her natural ability as a practitioner, to deliver a truly memorable healing experience.

Filomena is an Intuitive Energy Lightworker of the Universe. She uses a variety of healing modalities such as : Reflexology, Reiki, Shiatsu, and Tarot to reconnect people to their Inner Light, their Hearts, and their Souls.

This reconnection enables clients to be at peace as they remember who they are, which can then flow on to raise awareness of their soul life purpose. Natural healing is possible through raising awareness, empowering, balancing and realigning clients’ physical, emotional, mental, ethereal and spiritual bodies.

Filomena has been working in the Natural Healing Arts Industry since 2004, with Reflexology being her latest passion. She teaches Reiki, holds Chakra Healing classes and has a growing interest in working with clients diagnosed with terminal illness.

Michelle is a supreme nurturer and works from a place of Unconditional Love. She nurtures the physical body through Massage, Facials and Exfoliation, while balancing the emotional and spiritual bodies when combining it with Reiki. She brings clarity and focus to the mental body through her intuitive Tarot readings.

Her massages provide an element of comfort, allowing one to feel safe as you slowly begin to let go of the day’s tensions. This frees the soul, enabling one to feel nurtured, relaxed, pampered and brings forth the beauty within. Michelle has been working in the industry for 3 years. She has a holistic approach with each client, taking in the whole person; balancing mind, body and spirit.
