The Perfect Harmony Group now includes the Australian School of Reflexology and Relaxation and offers its workshops and courses to all our valued clients.

The ASRR is the longest established specialist school of Reflexology in Australia. The school conducts high quality and accredited courses, both for beginners and practitioners.

FATHER JOSEF METHOD (FJM) of REFLEXOLOGY

After visiting Australia in 2008, Father Josef taught our trainers his proven and simple method and has given the ASRR licence to teach his course. These techniques have been proven to be both safe and highly effective. You will learn some new reflex locations, the benefits of deep pressure, advanced techniques for most reflexes, and new techniques using a wooden dowel.

CRANIO SACRAL REFLEXOLOGY

Once trained in the cranio-sacral technique, the reflexologists can access the motion of the Cerebrospinal Fluid, through the feet, to unblock any restriction of normal motion therefore helping to bring the body back into balance and good health.
